Attorney Stephanie Fabricius is a member of Fabricius & Fabricius PLLC.

Stephanie manages the estate planning department of Fabricius & Fabricius PLLC, and concentrates her practice in that area. Within that area, she provides a number of services, including the preparation and review of your will, financial power-of-attorney, health care power-of-attorney, and health care advance directive ("living will"). She appreciates that every client's needs are a little different, and takes pride in counseling clients on their choices so they can each make an informed decision.

Twenty years ago, Stephanie moved with her family into Wake County, settling in the Knightdale area. She attended East Wake Middle and East Wake High School, and later enrolled at North Carolina State University. As an undergraduate, she was involved in Student Government, among other organizations. At NC State, she majored in political science and minored in business management.

Stephanie is a member of the charter class of Elon University School of Law. As a member of that class, she was afforded a number of unique opportunities to impact the direction of that institution. Stephanie was the principal organizer of the school's Delta Theta Phi chapter, activity for which was recognized by the national organization. Additionally, she was co-founder and co-president of the Women's Law Association, which has grown to become a prominent part of the student body.

During Stephanie's final year of law school, she participated in the school's Wills Clinic, gaining hands-on experience in preparing all manners of estate planning documents. Her time working with the clients of this clinic greatly influenced her current practice. Stephanie also interned and externed with Judge Calabria at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and externed for the Internal Revenue Service in Greensboro.

Stephanie resides in Knightdale with her husband Erich, also a member of the firm, and their three children.
